Harborview Medical Center has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time, CLINIC PRACTICE MANAGER in support of the 7MB SPECIALTY CLINICS.
This individual will develop and oversee departmental cost centers for 7MB Specialty Clinics (Chest, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Hematology/Oncology, Hepatitis and Liver, Renal, Medical Operative Consult, Urology, Palliative Care) to assure alliance with and adherence to the organization’s mission, vision, values, strategic goals, and business strategies. Emphasizing service excellence, patient safety, staff safety and organizational integration, the manager leads the department in overall program development and service priorities. The Clinic Manager will be accountable for all UW Medicine Patients Are First goals by working to achieve their Leader Accountability Management metrics.

Bachelor’s degree relevant to service area preferred with 2-3 years of experience in service area. (Master’s degree relevant to service area preferred.)

For managers of clinical areas, if required, is registered, certified, and/or licensed to practice in the state of WA.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
