We are seeking a professional like you to serve as the Global Quality & Regulatory Manager for our Biopharma Ingredients unit at our Florham Park, NJ headquarters.
Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
Formula for Success
Leveraging your strong understanding of global biopharma regulations, quality levels, and guidance documents, you will provide key guidance in the development of our new raw material product and service offer.
Using a collaborative approach to meet customer needs, you will align with key stakeholders within and outside of this BASF division.
Working well in a team, you will participate in various Pharma Solution (G-ENP) projects and initiatives to drive sustainable solutions for biologics customers.
Relying on your experience within the biologics industry, you will support other quality & regulatory managers considering specific customer needs within the biologics industry for e.g. drug master file creation, agreements, Supplier Expectation Manuals.
Your excellent communication skills will enable you to provide clear and concise direction for the business to follow in a complex and evolving regulatory space.
Embracing a customer-first perspective, you will serve as the first point of contact for new regulatory and quality related customer needs and support new requests for biopharma applications for both internal and external customers.
Demonstrating your keen attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a desire to support transparency within the industry, you will be key point of information sharing globally on biologics.
Using your existing industry, association and authority network, you will advocate for the needs of customers and patients around the world, by bringing attention to key areas of improvement within BASF, and by representing BASF in outside industry groups, including with various regulatory bodies.
Striving to keep current in biopharma regulations, industry trends, and competitor activities, you will participate in industry groups and individual training on a regular basis.
Your strategic thinking skills and ability to provide direction is also a key element to support success of the business unit.
