Full Time Days
You Will Be Responsible For:
Manages work assignments to employees to achieve department requirements and reviews work progress.
Collaborates with staff and others to achieve common goals.
Establishes effective relationships with key customer groups.
Manages the recruitment, retention, training, and competence of staff.
Builds and maintains relationships across multiple disciplines to achieve common goals.
Responsible for day to day operations and supplies.
Enforces regulatory compliance at the campus level.
Ensures metrics are communicated and met.
Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Experience and Education Required:
One (1) yearsâ™ multi-campus leadership experience
Three (3) yearsâ™ Respiratory experience
Bachelorâ™s Degree in Respiratory Therapy
Licensure, Certification, or Registration Required:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
State of Florida licensure in Respiratory
