The VP, Product Marketing Manager will play a significant role in building and growing the SPDR Americas business through the development and execution of product marketing programs that have a direct and measurable impact on consideration and purchase. We're looking for a product marketing enthusiast who will work collaboratively across the SPDR organization to deliver upon all marketing tactics including advertising, email, content, social media, virtual events, public relations and digital experiences. The successful candidate will have a deep interest in financial markets, trends and innovation and enjoy working with colleagues to ensure a differentiated marketing strategy is put in place with a goal of measuring and growing market effectiveness.
This is an opportunity for a well-rounded and highly collaborative marketing professional with existing insights into the intermediary and institutional market segments. The role will collaborate with members of SPDR Intermediary and Institutional Sales, Client Enablement, Channel Marketing, Product Development, Business Intelligence and other internal teams on marketing strategy and messaging alignment and leading marketing programs from conception to execution.
Create and drive client relevant, scalable and repeatable integrated marketing programs and its key deliverables for SPDR ETF products and themes
Partner with stakeholders on product materials, product positioning, capabilities messaging, presentations, web presence and segmented communications
Build the client experience around certain focus products, intermediary and institutional investment themes - manage touch points and ensure consistency of messaging and voice
Development and updates of collateral, videos, web content, sales tools and educational materials
Provide strategy and execute integrated marketing programs promoting new launches, fund enhancements, thought leadership and commentary
Measure and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness and target audience reach
Manage the marketing budget against marketing plans
Collaborate with PR team to create earned media opportunities
Bachelor's degree preferably with major in marketing or communications
Seven or more years of relevant marketing experience; previous financial services or product marketing experience preferred
Familiarity with investment concepts.
