Where the Chemistry Happens
We are seeking a professional like you to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing analytical methods for the needs of projects. In this role, you will need to react quickly to changing demands and be able to creatively discover analytical solutions for accurate identification and quantitation of various target molecule types including proteins, polymers, and small molecules.

* Leveraging your strong knowledge and background in developing HPLC, GC, and LCMS methods, you will determine reaction progress in complex matrices.
* Striving for success, you will use your experience in developing high throughput analytical methods, optimizing analytical methods, operating and maintaining analytical instrumentation and providing timely reports of data.
* Your critical thinking skills will be essential as you perform complex data analysis.
* Your proficiency in researching and learning new techniques will be critical as you leverage this for projects.
* Your focused expertise in key analytical topics like proteomics or starch polymer analysis will be important tools as you perform your daily work.
* Demonstrating your broad experience in utilizing additional analytical equipment like NMR, ICP, CE, NIR, you will tackle the diverse and changing needs of requestors and projects.
* Your strong, honest and proactive communication will serve you well as you work on fast moving projects and needs.
