The Facilities Compliance Manager report to the Executive Director of Facilities Services and is responsible for activities related to permitting and resolution of violations across Barnard College. The incumbent will manage and update building records, manage recurring regulatory filings and permits, and oversee related recordkeeping

Required Qualification Summary:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and expertise 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, regulatory compliance management, permitting, violation resolution processes, or similarly relevant areas. Technical knowledge of buildings and facilities operations. Knowledge and experience with compliance requirements from various city agencies. Strong communication and analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft office
